Cured in Place Pipe Lining

Montana Plumbing Company provides Cured in Place Pipe Lining (CIPP lining), an innovative solution that creates a long-term, structural pipe inside the existing pipe system without digging, which means zero disruption to your landscape or property.

About Pipe Lining Rehabilitation

This clean and cost-effective solution provides a trenchless replacement of your sewer, drain and water lines. CIPP pipe lining is a jointless, seamless, pipe-within-a-pipe with the capability to rehabilitate pipes ranging in diameter from 3 to 24 inches. CIPP provides a resin-saturated felt tube with an impermeable layer of polyurethane coating. The damaged pipe is rehabilitated to a better-than-new condition with an increased flow rate, eliminating weakened joints, sealed cracks and eradicating the chance of groundwater pollution.

Whether you're dealing with root infiltration, a disconnection, or a pipe break our trenchless CIPP lining solution will save you time and money. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.

How does pipe lining work?

We use compressed air to invert the liner through the host pipe. Once the liner is fully inverted, water is circulated through a boiler and heated to cure the resin, resulting in a pipe within a pipe. Once complete, we confirm the success of the process through closed-circuit television inspection.

This trenchless process is more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional digging which involves a complete removal and replacement of the pipe or the trenchless pull in place method. View before and after videos of some of our recent work »

Robotic Sewer Rehabilitation

Montana Plumbing Company owns and operates the latest in lateral reinstatement cutters, a pneumatic robot used in the rehabilitation of sewer lines. Robots are used in the CIPP lining process prior to installation of a liner to remove any obstructions that may interfere, and after installation to reinstate lateral connections.

Using the robots enables us to reinstate laterals faster, reducing the overall lining installation time and causing less disruption to your property. In addition to expediting the lining process, this cutter can be used to remove debris from clogged lines and clean up after pipe installation. This robot is also capable of removing concrete, steel, rubber rings and other obstructions.
